Shipping and Custom Order Policies

Shipping policy

We will ship your order via USPS or other provider. If you include your email with your order, we will send you your tracking number via email once your item has been shipped. If you do not provide us an email and you would like to receive your tracking number, email us at or text us at (240) 600-3750‬.
Allow for 7-21 business days for your order to arrive. Business days are Mondays thru Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Custom order policy

Custom Orders: We reserve the right to resell, replicate, and advertise any custom orders. Once we have made or spoken of the requested piece, it is now property of Qoya Jewels. Your rights to the intellectual and physical property are transferred to Qoya Jewels to resell, replicate, and advertise as desired once they have been conveyed to us.

Sent damaged or wrong items

In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at within 10 days of receiving your item(s). We cannot help you after the 10 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for war or tear.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contacts us with any issues you are having with your item. All returns and exchanges will be handle on a case-by-case basis. Email us at with any requests.
