Custom order policy
Custom Orders: We reserve the right to resell, replicate, and advertise any custom orders. Once we have made or spoken of the requested piece, it is now property of Qoya Jewels. Your rights to the intellectual and physical property are transferred to Qoya Jewels to resell, replicate, and advertise as desired once they have been conveyed to us.
Sent damaged or wrong items
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at qoyajewels@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s). We cannot help you after the 10 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for war or tear.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contacts us with any issues you are having with your item. All returns and exchanges will be handle on a case-by-case basis. Email us at qoyajewels@gmail.com with any requests.
