How do I submit a custom order?

Email us at qoyajewels@gmail.com with a description of your custom order and your contact information.

 

Where is my order/package?

Allow for 7-21 business days for your item to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped along with your tracking number (given that you have provided us your email). If you did not provide an email and want your tracking number, you can email us at qoyajewels@gmail.com or text us at (240) 600-3750.

Your item will be shipped via US Postal Service or other shipping providers. Once the item is shipped, you can contact USPS at +1 (800) 275-8777 for any questions or updates concerning your package. You will need the tracking number provided to you via e-mail.

 

Sent damaged or wrong items

In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at qoyajewels@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s). We cannot help you after the 10 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for war or tear.
